Lost in Translation?

Hassan Peymani over at Siktilt.com sent us the below video from last night's Scandinavian Poker Awards. To sum it up best, Scandinavian online player of the year Jonas Danielsson, who goes by the handle "Nebuchad," is asked by Daniel Negreanu about the origins of his online name.

Nebuchad replies something like that the name is from The Matrix, although that ship's name is "Nebuchadnezzar," and then he says that the actual ruler Nebuchadnezzar was just like a prehistoric Hitler as he was the first to..."deal with the Jew problem."

Uhhh...we are kind of crude and make some racy comments every now and then, but we're not even touching that one. Yikes.

In unrelated but equally embarrassing news, here's a video of a guy getting his marriage proposal rejected at a Houston Rockets game. Kudos to Tracey McGrady for laughing. Too bad there's no shot of Dikembe "Who Wants to Sex" Mutumbo.

In related Scandi Poker Awards news, Annette Obrestad, a woman, won the Norwegian Golden Hand, Best Female Poker Player and Best Performance of the Year, Gus Hansen won Best Live Player, Eidsvig won Rookie of the Year and Thor Hansen accepted a lifetime achievement award.
