Your 2007 WPT Championship Day 2 Chipleaders
Heading into Day 3 of the WPT World Championship at the Bellagio, Roland de Wolfe (above left, behind the chick) leads the field of 218 players left with 535,000 in chips, while Former World Champion and 10-time WSOP bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth, who still has never won a WPT event, is stacked at 528,100.
American Jr.'s Sorel Mizzi starts today in third with just under 499,000 while Steve Wong is hanging out with 476,300. 2006 WSOP Main Event runner-up Paul Wasicka is still on a tear and sits today with 430,200. Patrik Antonius is looking pretty behind Wasicka with 408,300 in chips.
Anna Wroblewski, the bratwurst-eatin', round Polish woman who won the $3k prelim event at the Bellagio last week and started yesterday as the chipleader, is still near the front of the pack with 346,600. Below is a PokerNews.com video interview with some pint-sized Asian cutey playing the part of Anna Wroblewski.
Other notable players still in include pretty much the rest of the field, which you can view over at WorldPokerTour.com.
