Josh Arieh Does Not Win WSOPC New Orleans
Atlantan and Team Bodog member Josh Arieh fell just short of going wire-to-wire at the WSOPC Main Event at Harrah's in New Orleans.
Arieh, who held the chip lead at the end of each day and throughout most of the final table, ended up in second, losing heads-up to Andy Philachack. This is Philachack's second major cash of the year, as he finished second in WSOP Event #15 to Phil Hellmuth when the Poker Brat won bracelet #11.
For the win, Philachack banks $247,860. Arieh takes home $130,050 for second.
