World Poker Congress Convenes in Malta, Signs Non-Aggression Treaty with Germany
The World Poker Congress, which ranks somewhere between the U.S. American Congress and Parliament-Funkadelic on the scale of important governing bodies, converged and convened in Malta today*.
The sessions began with keynote speeches from WPT head honcho Steve Lipscomb and world renown poker blogger Jeffrey Pollack.
According to the World Poker Congress website, exciting breakout sessions include: "Tournaments: Logistics for Weekly and Major Events," "Tools of the Game: New Technology in Cards, Chairs, Tables, Recognition," "Rakeback Programs - Do They Work?," "Super Synergy: The Online Partner," and "Has Anyone Seen the Guys from Absolute Poker Yet So We Can Punch Them in the Face?"
