Fan IQ recently selected Arianny Celeste as the hottest girl in MMA, and that was before these photos leaked. Talk about adding the proverbial exclamation point. Anyway, below is some poker news to catch up on from over the weekend.

Davidson Matthew Club Member Stewart Scott Wins 2009 Aussie Millions

We're not going to sit here and pretend that the 2009 Aussie Millions final table really intrigued us. Or anywhere near as much as Annette Melton intrigued us, at least.

But that doesn't diminish newly minted Davidson Matthew Club member Stewart Scott's achievement. Scott outlasted a field of 681 to win the 2009 Aussie Millions Main Event title, banking $2,000,000 AUD, ooor just about as much as the entire net worth of the Aboriginal people (aka "Indigenous Australians") on the contintent.

Rajkumar Ramakrishnan finished fourth for $400,000 AUD.

Hey Poker News, More Annette Melton Please (2009 Aussie Millions Final Table Update)

After all sorts of interesting storyline possibilities evaporated with the eliminations of Annette Obrestad, a woman, Annica Ivert, a woman, and Kelly Kim, whose name if reversed sounds like a super hot woman, at the 2009 Aussie Millions Main Event, all we're really left with is this: Is Rajkumar Ramakrishnan the same Rajkumar Ramakrishnan that this website was created for back in 2001? And will whoever made that site come after the guy (if it is him)? Can somebody at Poker News get on that already? Cause really, unlike previous years, that's all we got.

Davidson Matthew Club member Stewart Scott takes the chip lead to the final table, stacked at 4,520,000. He's trailed by U.S. American Peter Rho with 2,420,000. The aforementioned Rajkumar Ramakrishnan is third with 2,050,000. In fourth is US American Zach Gruneberg (1,355,500), who is coming off a prelim Aussie Millions win, followed by Aussie Sam Capra (1,116,100). In sixth is Elliot Smith (1,120,000), no, not that Elliot Smith, and rounding out the bottom of the final table are two Brits, FTP pro Richard Ashby (658,000) and Hendon Mob-ster Barny Boatman (349,000), who seems as if he's been short-stacked the entire tournament.

Okay, now that we got that out of the way, for crying out loud PokerNews.com give us some more Annette Melton (at right). Please! We swear we'll try harder to get past the annoying preroll you run before every video even though we have the attention span of a two-year-old hooked on the Obama. If you don't know, Melton is a smokingly gorgeous Australian model with the kind of looks that give reason to why we call them our current/first wives. She has been doing scant video reporting for PokerNews.com during the Aussie Millions and some in the past, but like we said, it's been scant. And anything scant with a hot girl, besides clothing, sucks.

Is This Guy Among the Chipleaders At The 2009 Aussie Millions?

We're about as good at telling Indian dudes apart as we are at pronouncing their names, although not quite as bad as Brian Williams is at identifying black guys.

But could it be that the guy fourth overall in chips at the 2009 Aussie Millions, Rajkumar Ramakrishnan, is the same Rajkumar Ramakrishnan that pissed the crap out of someone back in 2001, which led to this website (screen grab above)?

With 28 remaining, Michael Tureniec is chip leader, stacked at 1,072,000. Also still alive are Christopher Chronis (862,000), Annette Obrestad, a woman (807,000), Annica Ivert, a woman (709,000), 130 year-old 2008 Aussie Million final table-ist Antonio Casale (566,000), Kelly Kim (380,000), Sorel Mizzi (293,000), Joe Cassidy (197,000), and Barney Boatman (153,00).

Annica Ivert, A Sheila, Leads 2009 Aussie Millions Main Event

Let's just say that Aussie Millions chip leader Annica Ivert looks nothing like Aussie model Imogen Bailey...

Although we are still very Back of Bourke from the final table, after two days of play, only 86 battlers (and a few top pros) remain from the starting field of 681 at the 2009 Aussie Millions.

Leading them all is Annica Ivert, a sheila, stacked at 555,900. While Ivert doesn't have any tournament cashes to speak of, that doesn't necessarily mean she's a no-hoper either. However, she's not someone the Entities would care to have a naughty with either. Crikey!

Right behind Ivert is another sheila, Annette Obrestad, a sheila, with 454,800.

Others remaining are the corker Patrik Antonius (335,900), Christopher Chronis (241,000), Clonie Gowen, a sheila (214,500), Sorel Mizzi (190,000), Kelly Kim (155,000), the still alive Raymond Rahme (140,000), Barny Boatman (105,000), Michael McDonald (93,000), Scotty Nguyen (54,000), and "Salty" Joe Hachem (45,000).

Chris "Enchanted Wonderland" Chronis Leads Aussie Millions Into Day 2

We're gonna go out on an ignorant limb and assume Aussie Millions chipleader Christopher Chronis isn't as interested in photos of Vicky Secret model Miranda Kerr as we are.

While the big news in the poker world today is the freeroll we're running this Thursday on Full Tilt Poker for a $3,200 seat to the Borgata Winter Poker Open, the Aussie Millions Main Event is also underway, and after the three day ones, this fruity guy (aka Christopher "Enchanted Wonderland" Chronis) is heading into Day 2 with the biggest stack (175,375).

Behind him, which we're guessing is just where he likes other dudes with big stacks to be, is Ben Charlton, who ended as the Day 1C chipleader with 161,100 in chips.

Day 2 starts up today, or is that tomorrow in Australia, or was that already yesterday. No idea. 320 of the 681 still remain gunning it out for the 2 mil AUD first place prize.

David Steicke Wins Aussie Millions High Rollers Challenge, Main Event Underway

David Steicke, an Aussie ex-pat commodities trader living in Hong Kong, outlasted 22 of the best, or rich enough to cover the buy-in, poker players at the Aussie Millions $100,000 High Rollers Challenge.

Steicke bested top pros like Phil Ivey, Erik Seidel, John Juanda, and Patrik Antonius to grab 1.2 mil in kangaroo dollars for the win. Tony Bloom was the runner up ($600,000 AUD) and the spectacularly breasted JC Tran (at right looking a lot like 2008 Australian Swimwear Model of the Year Ashleigh Sudholz) finished third ($300,000 AUD). Dan Shak, Beth's husband, was the final player to cash out ($200,000 AUD) in the 23-player tournament.

A huge fan favorite in Australia for one reason or another, the 46-year-old Steicke first made noise on that side of the world's poker scene in 2007 when he finished third at the 2007 APPT Macau High Roller Event. 

With the High Rollers event over, the Aussie Millions Main Event is under way and already on to Day 1C. This fruity guy is currently the chipleader with 175,375 in chips. Patrik Antonius is second with 139,750. The rest of the players remaining have less.
